Aravinth Polymers LLP is putting three decades of thermoforming know-how onto a digital foundation: AI-assisted quoting, computer-vision quality inspection and connected machines, built on cloud infrastructure.

Our digital initiative

A 1995 craft, re-founded in 2022 as a technology-led manufacturer

The forming skill was built over thirty years. The company running it today, Aravinth Polymers LLP, was incorporated on 28 December 2022 to take that craft further: to quote faster, inspect harder and schedule smarter using software and AI.

We are investing in a small technology stack around the plant. Some of it is live, such as the instant estimator on this page. Most of it is in active development. This page is a straight account of what runs today and what we are building next, so partners and programmes can see exactly where we are.

Instant quote estimator

A working, browser-based estimator that turns a part's material, size and quantity into an indicative piece price and tooling band in real time. It is the first module of the AI-assisted quoting engine we are building, and it runs entirely on your device with no data sent anywhere.

Live now. Instant quote estimatorA browser-based estimator (above) that turns material, gauge, dimensions and quantity into an indicative piece price and tooling band. The first module of our quoting engine.
In development. AI-assisted quoting engineA cloud service that reads an uploaded 2D or 3D part file, checks basic formability (draft, draw ratio, radii) and returns a structured quote for an engineer to confirm. Cuts the 48-hour turnaround toward same-day.
In development. Computer-vision quality inspectionCamera stations on the trimming line that flag short shots, webbing, warp and pocket-depth drift against the approved first article, so defects are caught in-process rather than at dispatch.
On the roadmap. IoT machine monitoringSensors on the seven forming machines streaming cycle time, heater profile and downtime to a dashboard, so scheduling and preventive maintenance run on real data.
